With the Adarna app and Alon transceiver, you can stay connected with your family, friends or other fishermen wherever you are. Whether your boat is near the coast or you are fishing in the middle of the ocean, your messages can be sent via the Alon transceiver to fishermen with an Alon or any phone number. The Adarna app connects to the Alon transceiver on your boat through Bluetooth® to send/receive messages to other Alons or phone numbers. No matter where you are fishing on the ocean, the Alon can send messages via the iridium® satellite network to any phone number in the world. If another boat with an Alon is in range, it can send/receive messages via Bluetooth® Long Range, otherwise messages can be sent/received to fishermen worldwide through the iridium® satellite network. With the hotline feature, Adarna can also be used to send hotline messages to your local authority if you or your crew is in distress or you witness illegal fishing or other illegal activity on the ocean. The Alon transceiver is required by Adarna to send/receive messages to other Alons in range through Bluetooth® or worldwide through the iridium® satellite network, as well as sending/receiving messages to phone numbers. Only text can be sent, no pictures, video or other media.
